I decorated my first cake in 1974 at the age of 15. Since then I have made many more for family and friends.

So what possessed me to take it up as a career in my 40's…? Middle aged madness…? Insanity..? Your guess is as good as mine! But here I am in Partytown Brighton decorating cakes for a living! and I love it!

I meet some smashing people who are celebrating an event in their lives and I feel a part of that celebration. I want to ensure that the cake they have chosen is a complete success. It not only has to look good,it has to taste good too.
